Is there a scenario on who jumps first??

Texas sits back and lets Oklahoma (and maybe kansas) jump to the big ten (and incur the expenses of leaving hte conference. (also this breaks up the Grant of Rights). Then Texas has freedom to negotiate and bring their group with them while have the LHN revenue stream sitting pretty. ACC sitting them, willing to be flexible for programs lilke Texas (along with ND.)

Also, Is ACC playing a little chicken with ESPN as well...ESPN wants no part of cash outlays right now to compete for the big ten rights and if ACC voids the contract now (due to no network), that frees them up for the big ten. Right now, ESPN dont have the cash to to go crazy for the big ten rights and they are locked into the ACC contract, but ithey dont get the big ten contract and then ACC informs them that contract is void from not having the network, they are stuck with lots of open space in their channels.

Interesting game of poker going on at so many levels.
